For countries not listed above, shipping costs are 20€ for orders up to 200€. For orders above 200€, shipping is free.
Return & Exchange Policy
What is the return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Biki Bikini. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order at orders@bikibeachwear.com.
We accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed and unaltered items with original tags and packaging intact - items must be in original conditions and in their original packaging. We will not be able to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions. Free gifts are non-returnable.
For orders within the EU, we will offer a full refund on items that meet the above conditions. For orders outside the EU (including Switzerland and UK), we will offer a full refund excluding any original shipping charges and custom fees. Duties are not refundable unfortunately.
Should you need to return items, please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs back to our warehouses, except in the case of damaged or faulty items.

How do I return my items?
Returning items with Biki Bikini is now a breeze! Take advantage of our hassle-free 30-day return policy. Follow these simple steps:
1) Initiate Your Return: Within 30 days from when the order was received, contact us at orders@bikibeachwear.com. In your email, please provide:

Reasons for the return (exchange, refund, damaged/defective items)

Photos of the items received (for damaged/defective items, add photos showing the problem)
2) Prepare the Return Package: Pack the items securely, ideally in the original packaging. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with tags and packaging intact. Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted for return.
3) Ship the Items: Ship the package to the address of our warehouse:

Ensure the items arrive at our facility within 45 days from the date you received the products. You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of damaged, defective items or incorrect items.
4) Notify Us of the Shipment: After shipping, email us the shipping details and tracking number to orders@bikibeachwear.com. This ensures we can track the return process and facilitate your refund or replacement.
5) Processing Your Return: Upon receipt of your return we will send you a confirmation email and we will inspect the items. You will then receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. For replacements, the new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

Refunds: For orders within the EU, you will be refunded the purchase price including any shipping costs. For orders outside the EU (including Switzerland and UK), you will be refunded the purchase price net of any shipping costs. Customs fees are not refundable.

Exchanges: For replacements, defective or incorrect items, simply return the specific piece(s) you wish to replace and mention in your email which replacement you would like (it is not possible to do mix & match of colors, sizes, models).

Partial Returns: All bikini sets are sold as complete sets, and refunds cannot be issued for a partial return of a set.

Do I need to return the entire order?

For exchanges and damaged/faulty items: Simply return the specific piece(s) you wish to exchange.

For refunds: The entire order must be returned.
Please be aware that we do not allow mixing and matching of styles and colors. All bikini sets on the website are sold as a complete set, and refunds cannot be issued for a partial return of a top or bottom.
