The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Gruppo Grillo M.I.E. srl, Biki Bikini, and Biki Beachwear throughout the site. Biki Bikini and Biki Beachwear offer this website (also referred to as "Site"), including all information, tools, services and products available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

While we welcome users from around the globe, it is important to clarify that by choosing to access our website and engage with our services, users do so under the governance of Italian and EU laws, regardless of their country of residence.

We recognize that users accessing our website from outside Italy may be subject to the laws of their own jurisdiction. However, we explicitly do not claim to comply with those local laws outside Italy and the European Union. Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of our website and services are in compliance with their local laws. The name and logo of Biki Bikini, Biki Beachwear, and Gruppo Grillo M.I.E. srl are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

All other content on the website, including images, logos, and text, remains the exclusive property of Gruppo Grillo M.I.E. srl, Biki Bikini, and Biki Beachwear. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be entirely secure. While we do our best to protect such information, we cannot guarantee and cannot assure the security of any information you transmit to us. Therefore, any information you transmit to us is at your own risk.

When giving explicit consent to receiving newsletters, promotional offers or any marketing and ads content/campaign, you agree to receive promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email, or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). SECTION 22 - SHIPPING

We use FedEx as our shipping partner. The expected delivery times vary according to the destination location - these timings are based on forecasts, Biki Bikini, Biki Beachwear, and Gruppo Grillo M.I.E. srl are not responsible for any delivery delays and timings (after the products ordered are passed to our shipping partner - i.e., after the shipping provider picks them up from our warehouse) can vary at any time for any reason directly or indirectly related to the order:

Italy & Europe: 1-5 business days
USA, Canada, Australia, Switzerland: 3-7 business days
Rest of the world: 3-10 business days

While we are not responsible for delivery delays beyond our control, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery. If you experience significant delays, please contact our customer service team at orders@bikibeachwear.com. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and assist you with your order.

Free shipping is currently offered for the following destinations: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, U.S.A., United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

For the countries not listed above, shipping costs are 20€ for orders up to 200€. For orders above 200€, shipping is free.

SECTION 23 - CUSTOMS DUTIES, TAXES AND FEES

For orders within the European Union, VAT is already included in the price of each product on our website.

For international orders to many countries outside the EU, prices already include any applicable local sales taxes/VAT and we cover any applicable local customs duties, taxes, and fees incurred for the delivery of your order. This means you will not need to pay anything else upon delivery for these specific countries.

Countries for which we cover customs duties and taxes and prices already include any applicable local sales taxes/VAT are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macao, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Principality of Monaco, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, U.S.A., United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom. This list is subject to updates, so please review this section regularly.

Should you be requested to pay additional duties upon delivery for orders to the above countries, please contact us at orders@bikibeachwear.com for assistance, including order number, any relevant delivery documents or receipts and the request to pay customs duties.

For countries not listed above, you are responsible for any applicable local sales taxes/VAT/GST/HST, customs duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery. These charges will be communicated by the Customs Authorities of your country or by our shipping partner, FedEx. Please note that we cannot predetermine the cost of these fees. Duties and taxes are non-refundable for returns.

SECTION 24 - RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All purchases on www.bikibeachwear.com have a 30-day return and exchange policy and comply with the provisions of Article 52 and following of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) - return rights concern exclusively purchases made by individuals.

To initiate a return, contact us at orders@bikibeachwear.com within 30 days from when the order was received providing order number, name, products purchased, reasons for the return (exchange, refund, damaged/defective items), for exchanges include the details of the replacement, photos of the items received (for damaged/defective items, add photos showing the damage/problem) and ship the items to be returned/replaced to:

Items must arrive at the above shipping address within 45 days from when you received the products from us to process refund or replacement. Shipping details and tracking number must be communicated to orders@bikibeachwear.com.

Returns and replacements are accepted only for items not worn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags and packaging intact: items must be in original condition and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet the above conditions are not accepted.

In case you need to return and/or replace items, be aware that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the items, except in the case of damaged or defective items according to Article 57 of the Consumer Code. Note that we are not responsible for garments lost during return/replacement, so we recommend using a registered shipping service.

A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of your return, followed by a notification of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement request. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, automatically credited to the original method of payment.

Once your items are received, the new piece(s) will be sent to you (in case of a replacement request) or your refund will be processed (in case of a refund request). In case of refund, you will be refunded what you paid at the time of purchase for orders made in the EU, including any shipping costs you incurred. For orders made outside the EU (including the UK and Switzerland), you will be refunded what you paid at the time of purchase net of any shipping costs incurred. Customs fees are not refundable for any order and will be deducted from the refund amount.

For exchanges and damaged/defective items: Simply return the specific piece(s) you wish to replace.

For refunds: The entire order must be returned. Be aware that combinations of styles and colors are not allowed. All bikini sets on the website are sold as complete sets and refunds cannot be issued for a partial return.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website.
